Understand Your Hormones

Our hormone health blood tests are designed to help you uncover how your hormones may be influencing your energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. They can highlight potential imbalances and offer insights into why you might not be feeling your best.

Simple, At-Home Testing

You don’t need any prior experience to use our test kits. Each one is straightforward, with clear instructions and everything you need included. You don’t need any prior experience to use our test kits. Prefer in-person testing, or want one of our more in-depth tests? You can visit one of our trusted partner clinics for a simple and efficient experience. All tests are part of our subscription pricing—no hidden fees. And if going to a clinic doesn’t suit you, we’ve got you covered: a qualified nurse can come to your home to carry out the test at your convenience.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Wash your hands in warm water for 4 minutes, then dry them.

  2. Use the lancet provided to gently prick your finger and collect your blood sample.

  3. Post your sample to our accredited lab using the prepaid envelope.

You’ll receive full instructions with your kit — we recommend reading them carefully to get the most accurate results.

Fast Results, Clear Insights

Once your sample is in the post, you can expect your results in 3–5 working days. You’ll get an email notification as soon as they’re ready, and you can view them securely in your account - either on the website or in the app. You’ll also receive a detailed report from one of our expert clinicians to help you interpret your results.

Need to share them with your GP? You can download your report as a PDF for your records.
